By Car

Riverside Entertainment, Koblenz Avenue, Norwich NR1 1WT

Riverside Entertainment Leisure Park is located on Koblenz Avenue opposite Norwich train station, and has parking for 740 cars in the multi-story car park, open 24 hours. 

Free parking available for Cinema, Bowling, Gym and Trampoline Park customers with a validated ticket. Please be aware that a limited amount of rail parking tickets are sold daily on a first come, first served basis and that customers who take leisure tickets are liable for the leisure tariff. 

Visitors can use their phone, card and cash to pay. 

The Riverside multi-storey car park is independent of the rail station.

FREE parking for all cinema / bowling / gym and trampoline park customers with ticket validation at the attraction:Cinema and Bowling 4 hours free, Gym 2 hours free, Trampoline Park 90 minutes free.

Any subsequent 24 hr period or part thereof will incur an additional £21 charge. Updated 4th March 2024.

Please be aware that there is a height restriction of 2.1 mentres throughout our car park. 

Electric Car Charging Points

We have 4 Pod Point electric car charging points in the car park. One is located on Level 2 and three are located on Level 4. Download the Pod Point App to access the points. Visit the Pod Point website to find out more.

By Train

Riverside Entertainment Centre is just two minutes walk from Norwich Train station. As you exit the main doors, turn left and follow the path down to the pedestrian crossing.

By Bus

Norwich Riverside Entertainment Centre is on a number of major bus routes with bus stops right outside: These are: 11, 13, 14, 14A, 19, 20, 25, 704, 705, 706 

By Bike / Motorbike

Motorcycles can park for free after the exit barrier in the multi-story carpark. There is ample free bicycle parking in the multi-story and in front of the cinema.


There is a taxi hard standing area on the entrance to Norwich Riverside Entertainment Centre on Koblenz Avenue.
